Mt Duneed Estate Pinot Noir


Winemaking: The Pinot Noir grapes was handpicked, crushed, destemmed and cold-soaked in open tanks for two days prior to fermentation. Then hand plunged twice daily and pressed to extract the full flavour and tannins. Matured in French oak for 12 months.


Cherry ruby red in colour with classic flavours of rhubarb, dark cherry, spice and hints of oak. The wine is complimented by characteristics of strawberry, plum and earthiness all giving way to fine tannins and a lingering acidity.

Occasion: As the days get shorter and nights cooler and longer, gather some friends around a bonfire and toast the autumnal months with our Pinot Noir and sausages in bread.
