Fruit sourced from “Yarraland”, a premium vineyard located in the Yarra Valley on 30 year-old vines
Vinification: The fruit was handpicked, crushed, de-stemmed, chilled and pressed to tank for settling. Racked with light fluffy solids to ferment in new and seasoned barrels. Matured on lees in barrel for 9 months prior to bottling.
Palate: Notes of citrus and melon, with a crisp acidity to finish.
Appearance: Light golden in colour.
Bouquet: Aromas of grilled cashew, spice and stone fruit.
Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
