Mt Duneed Estate Shiraz



Vinification: The handpicked fruit was whole berry fermented in open pots, which were hand plunged twice daily and left on skins for 14 days, before being pressed and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Palate: Berries, kirsch and a hint of vanilla oak with a finish of soft tannins.

Appearance: Deep ruby and purple hues.

Bouquet: Blackcurrant, spice, red berries and black pepper.

Oak: French oak maturation for 12 months.

Cellaring: Drink now until 2027. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
