What is your capacity, and do you have a minimum guest number?
Mt Duneed Estate spans 100 acres, offering breathtaking surrounds and versatile event spaces. We cater to:

  • Corporate Retreats: Starting from 8 guests
  • Large Dinners: Up to 350 seated guests
  • Cocktail Events: Up to 500 guests
    Our outdoor areas are also ideal for team-building activities.

Do you have audio-visual equipment?

  • Our Boardroom seats up to 20 guests and includes a flat-screen television for laptop presentations.
  • For larger events, we partner with preferred suppliers who can provide audio-visual equipment tailored to your needs. Our team will coordinate with them on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How many accommodation rooms do you have?
Our on-site accommodation features eight luxurious one-bedroom pods, each sleeping two guests (note: king-size beds cannot be split).

Do you provide corporate gifting for attendees?

Will we have exclusive use of the property?

  • During our restaurant hours (Thursday to Sunday, 12 PM – 5 PM), other guests may be present. However, we can create intimate spaces tailored to your needs.
  • Evening events typically enjoy exclusive use of the venue building.
  • As an operating warehouse, work may occur during your event, but our professional team will ensure this does not impact your experience.

Do you have free Wi-Fi access?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Your Event Coordinator will provide login details as needed.
