What is your capacity and do you have a minimum guest number?

Our venue is on 100 acres so it sits proudly in the landscape, offering picturesque surrounds. Our versatile spaces mean that we can offer corporate retreat packages for only 8 guests through to large dinners for 350 guests or even 500 cocktail style.  Our outdoor areas are great for team building activities.

Do you have audio visual equipment?

Our Boardroom seats up to 20 guests for small executive meetings, which includes a flat screen television to connect your laptop to. We do not have any other audio-visual equipment in-house.  We do however have preferred suppliers that can set up the required equipment for your event. Our team will manage them on the day for you.

How many accommodation rooms do you have?

Our new on-site accommodation consists of eight one-bedroom pods. They sleep two (note the king size bed cannot be split).  See accommodation detail information HERE.

We do give our corporate guests a discount to stay on-site.

Do you provide corporate gifting for executives or attendees on the day?

We offer beautiful gifting boxes that can be tailored to suit your budget or style for delegates at your corporate retreat. Send your executives home with a little slice of Mt Duneed Estate. Our gifting boxes include wine, gourmet local produce and are sure to impress. Speak to our team for more information.

Will we have exclusive use of the property?

Our Restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday from 12-5pm. During this time, there will be other guests at the venue. Our team can help create intimate spaces to suit your requirements on these days.  Evening events generally have full use of the venue building.

We are an operating warehouse, so work may be underway on the day of your event. Our team are professional and will ensure your event is not impacted.

Do you have free Wifi access?

Yes, your Event Coordinator will share log in details with you for your event as required.
