Victoria – Yarra Valley and Geelong

Vintage Conditions: 2019 was a warm and dry vintage allowing fruit to fully ripen

Vinification: Grapes were hand-picked then destemmed into open pot fermenters. Inoculated with a selected yeast. Warm fermentation with daily hand plunging until dryness.

Palate: Blackcurrant, Earthy and Savoury, hint of vanilla oak.

Appearance: Dark ruby red.

Bouquet: Cedar, Bay leaf, dried herbs.

Oak: Matured in French oak for 12 months.

Cellaring: 5 to 8 years. Contains sulphites.

2019 13% alc, 7.7 std drinks.
