Mt Duneed Estate Cabernet Sauvignon


Winemaking: Hand-picked fruit was crushed and destemmed with wild yeast before being hand plunged twice daily to extract optimum flavour and tannins. Matured in a blend of French oak barrels for 12 months.

Bold, dark ruby red in colour with a boquet of edar, bay leafand dried herbs. An earthy palate with a savoury offering of blackberry and hints of vanilla oak. A smooth and mellow finish to please those seeking a full flavoured red wine.

Occasion: The cooler nights of spring and summer deserve to be rewarded with a glass of our Cabernet Sauvignon and a big chunk of roast meat.
