Mt Duneed Estate Sauvignon Blanc


Winemaking: After a mid to cool vintage, the fruit was picked in the evening and then and then whole-bunch pressed before being chilled and fermented at low temperature to retain varietal freshness and delcate aromas. The wine was matured on lees for 5 months to enhance texture. Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc is all about tropical fruit. Passionfruit, lemon, gooseberry and sherbert, complimented by a fresh and lively palate of grapefruit and tropical fruit. This all leads to a crisp and clean finish with lingering acidity.

Occasion: Enjoy with friends after a day at the beach. Pair with fish and chips or a goats cheese and asparagus tart.
