Mt Duneed Estate Pinot Grigio


Winemaking: Pinot Grigio is all about crispness so our winemaking is crisp as well. Handpicked, crushed, destemmed and pressed to stainless steel. Racked and inoculated with a selected aromatic yeast and allowed to cool ferment at 16 degrees to retain freshness. Matured on lees for 5 months to enhance texture and weight before being bottled.

The cool vintage has produced a wine with the light straw colour with aromas of ripe pear, red apple and cinnamon spice. A crisp palate of fresh pear and pomegrantae with a savoury texture and lingering finish.

Occasion: Drink well chilled, lazing by the pool with good friends or a great book.
