Geelong Shiraz


Winemaking: The grapes were hand picked, whole berry ferment in open pots and plunged twice daily. Matured for 18 months in French
Oak.  Due to a warm spring an summer season in 2019, the fruit was left to ripen completely on the vine, producing a flavorsome yet medium-bodied wine.  Cellar for up to 8 years.
Appearance: Deep crimson red in colour.
Bouquet: Plum and spice and a hint of rhubarb on the palate. Complimented by blueberries, plum and spice on the palate, finishing with a hint of soft cedary oak.
