Geelong
Vinification: The fruit was picked, pressed and racked with an aromatic yeast strain. A cool ferment to accentuate fruit flavour. Left on lees for 3 months to add complexity and mouth feel.
Palate: Full and flavoursome with pear and grapefruits combined with a spice backbone giving this wine extra length. This is rounded out by firm acidity giving texture and a lingering finish.
Appearance: Pale straw colour.
Bouquet: A seductive nose of nashi pear, spice and grapefruit aromas
Cellaring: Enjoy over then next 2 to 3 years. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
