Geelong Pinot Gris



Vinification: The fruit was picked, pressed and racked with an aromatic yeast strain. A cool ferment to accentuate fruit flavour. Left on lees for 3 months to add complexity and mouth feel.

Palate: Full, clean and crisp with a long lingering finish. The mid-palate displays great texture with a hint of savouriness delivering a full and flavoursome wine.

Appearance: Pale straw colour.

Bouquet: Lifted bouquet of ripe apple, pear and citrus flavours with spice and a touch of grapefruit.

Cellaring: Enjoy over then next 2 to 3 years. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
