Mt Duneed Estate Chardonnay


Winemaking: The fruit was picjed in the cool of the night, then crushed, destemmed and pressed. The juice was lightly rached and fermented with ikght sokids to gain texture and flavour. Matured for 10 months with French oak on lees prior to bottling.

Pale yellow in appearance with a boquet of nextarine, melon and brazin nut, complimented by a well-balanced palate of stone fruit, hints of cream and oak characters. Long, persistent flavours and lingering acidity that will reward mid-term cellaring.

Occasion: As the days lengthen with spring, enjoy this wine sitting in your outdoor space with some prosciutto wrapped around chunks of melon.
