Winemaking: Hand-picked fruit was destemmed only for whole berry ferment in open pots. Plunged twice daily to gently extract colour and flavour. A total of 14 days on skins.

The 2022 vintage had a cool growing season with mild weather during harvest. This extended growing season allowed the flavours to fully develop while also retaining natural acidity.
Bright plum in colour with a boquet of dried Fig, mulberry and sundried tomato aromas. Fine, dusty tannins are supported by the moderate acidity, the black cherry and chocolate flavours.
