Mt Duneed Estate Sparkling Rosé


Region: Yarra Valley.

Winemaking:  The Merlot grapes were destemmed and crushed before very gentle pressing to extract the perfect amount of colour.  Clean, settled juice was fermented at low temperatures to retain the fresh red berry fruit characters.  Just prior to bottling, the wine underwent a second fermentation to put the bubble in and then bottled immediately to retain its youthfulness and freshness.

Vegan friendly.

A wine to make your heart sing.  The bubbles tickle at your nose as they release the summer pudding aromas – strawberries, raspberries & cream.  The bubbles add a creamy texture to the wine which has plenty of red apple, pomegranate and blossom flavours.
