Mt Duneed Estate Sparkling Rosé

Vintage Conditions: The 2021 vintage had a cool growing season with mild weather during harvest. This allowed the grapes to have a nice, long ripening season allowing the flavours to fully develop and also retain natural acidity.

Vinification: Fruit of cabernet and merlot grapes were picked, destemmed and pressed gently with minimal skin contact to retain the pale pink colour, before being chilled and fermented at low temperature to produce a fresh and crisp sparkling rose.

Palate: Delicate and lively, yet fresh and textural palate of strawberries and cream and a hint of sweetness.

Appearance: Pale rose.

Bouquet: Raspberry and confectionery.

Cellaring: Drink now. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
