Geelong Pinot Noir


Winemaking: The grapes were crushed and destemmed with bunched whole fruit to increase flavour intensity. The maratime climate and characteristics from Geelong soil produced an earthy structure to the wine.
Moderate weather conditions and a moisture rich soil featured perfect growing conditions.  Matured in French oak.
Appearance: Deep ruby in colour.
Bouquet: Aromatics of deep raspberry. Palate: Light to medium bodied. Notes of cherry and raspberry with a concentration of tannins.
Occasion: The oak and complexity of this wine is the perfect match for sweet and smoky BBQ flavours. Think Southern American spice, or even the humble roast chook – delicious!
