Vintage Conditions: The 2022 vintage had a cool growing season with mild weather during harvest. This allowed the grapes to have a nice, long ripening season allowing the flavours to fully develop and also
retain natural acidity.
Vinification: Hand-picked fruit was pressed to stainless steel tank, with pressings separated from free run juice. Racked and inoculated with a selected rosé yeast. Fermented at 18 degrees to produce a fresh and textural style. Matured on lees for 12 months to further gain texture and weight.
Palate: Raspberry and red apple flavours with a smooth finish.
Appearance: Pale pink.
Bouquet: Strawberries and cream, apple blossom, pomegranate.
Cellaring: Drink now. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
