Vinification: The shiraz fruit was picked and pressed gently for minimal colour extraction. Cool fermentation for 2 weeks to accentuate fruit flavours. Left on lees for 3 months to add complexity and mouth feel.
Palate: Well balanced with fresh red fruits and acidity followed by a lingering fruit finish.
Appearance: Pale rose in colour.
Bouquet: Aromatic bouquet displaying cherry, strawberry and citrus notes.
Cellaring: Enjoy over then next 2 years. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
