Thank you for considering hosting your birthday or special occasion here with us at Mt Duneed Estate. Our venue is large in size so we can cater to group bookings of any size. There are a few large group booking options listed below, but if you have something different in mind, reach out to our team to tailor something to suit.

Lunch in The Barrel Hall on our $59 Feed Me Menu | Any group size
Make a booking with us to enjoy our Feed Me menu. See all of the details HERE. You can book for any size group to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch with three starter items to share, followed by two meat dishes and three sides for main course. There is an abundance of food to enjoy. Your guests can either purchase their own drinks or you can set up a bar tab for your table.
All dietaries can be catered to.
Groups of 25 or more MUST go onto our Feed Me offering.
For groups of 15 or more, a $10 payment per person is required to secure your booking.
Lunch or Cocktail Party in The Vineyard Room (semi-private space) | Minimum 50 adults
Enjoy a seated lunch on our $59 Feed Me Menu (see above) in our semi-private space in The Vineyard Room. This is located at the front of our venue with its own bar and seating areas.
A Venue Hire applies to use this space with a minimum of 50 adults.
If you are looking for something more relaxed, enquire about our two, three or four-hour Cocktail Menu. Your guests can mingle with food passed around by our team.
A minimum beverage spend applies to use this space, or you can select one of our free-flowing beverage packages. Enquire with our team.
A deposit of $2000 applies to confirm your booking in The Vineyard Room.
2-Hour Graze & Sparkle Soirée | Minimum 30 guests
Looking for a space to let loose for two-hours? Hen’s parties, birthday celebrations and anything in between! Nibble on grazing platters and enjoy two-hours of free-flowing sparkling (Blanc de Blanc and Moscato).
Enhance your experience by adding a cocktail per person or add beer into your soirée to suit your guests. All information can be found HERE.
No Venue Hire. A $200 deposit is required to secure the booking.
Casual Platters and Drinks? Any group size | No venue hire
Book a table in The Barrel Hall or enjoy outside in The Garden Bar for a group of any size after 2:30pm and order platters and small share items from our menu. Order your own drinks or set up a drinks tab for your celebration.
No venue hire. Must be after 2:30pm (otherwise Feed Me lunch applies).
