Yarra Valley
Vinification: Select parcels of cabernet and merlot grapes were picked, destemmed and pressed gently with minimal skin contact to retain the pale pink colour, before being chilled and fermented at low temperature to produce a fresh and crisp rose. Matured on lees for 6 months gain texture and weight.
Palate: Floral aromas of honeydew and hints of guava, complemented by a crisp and refreshing, yet textural palate of raspberry flavours.
Appearance: Pale pink.
Bouquet: Hints of raspberry.
Cellaring: Drink now. Vegan friendly.
