Vinification: The fruit was picked, pressed and racked with an aromatic yeast strain. A cool ferment to accentuate fruit flavour. Left on lees for 3 months to add complexity and mouth feel.
Palate: Great texture of full and fresh tropical fruits and green notes with a sharp acid finish.
Appearance: Straw colour.
Bouquet: Intense nose of passionfruit and gooseberry with hints of grapefruit.
Cellaring: Enjoy over then next 2 to 3 years. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
