A deliberate hint of pink
The nose displays subtle aromas of rose petals, guava and fresh pears.
A refreshing palate savory texture with a crisp finish.
Vintage in the Yarra Valley was characterised by warm and dry growing conditions which were fairly consistent throughout the season with rains falling just when needed.
Parcels of fruit were pressed straight from the vineyard to retain the delicate fruit characters. A gentle press and then to tank for ferment with light solids and an extended time on lees.
This is a fresh style to be enjoyed now or over the next year or two.
