Heathcote
Fruit sourced from a vineyard planted in 1999 on Cambrian soils in the heart of the Heathcote region
Vinification: The fruit was handpicked, hand sorted, de-stemmed and fermented as whole berries in static fermenters, then matured in a French hogshead for 18 months prior to bottling.
Palate: Complex with hints of plum, chocolate, violets and spice.
Appearance: Deep dark vibrant hues.
Bouquet: Seductive dark berry fruits.
Contains sulphites.
