Geelong Shiraz

Due to a warm spring and summer, fruit was left to completely ripen, producing a flavoursome yet medium-bodied wine. This elegant drop was handpicked, whole-berry ferment in open pots and plunged twice daily. Matured for 18 months in French Oak.

2019 Geelong Shiraz 13.0% alc, 7.7 standard drinks

Deep crimson red in colour with a bouquet of plum, spice and a hint of rhubarb. Complemented by blueberries, plum and spice on the palate, finishing with a hint of soft cedary oak.

Cellar up to 8 years.
