Vinification: The shiraz fruit was picked and pressed gently for minimal colour extraction. Cool fermentation for 2 weeks to accentuate fruit flavours. Left on lees for 3 months to add complexity and mouth feel.
Palate: Displays sweet plum and blueberry fruits with spice and pepper making way to an elegant cedar oak finish. With great tannin and acid balance this wine will drink beautifully over the coming years.
Appearance: Deep red in colour.
Bouquet: A complex and lifted bouquet of ripe and rich red plum, blueberry and dark cherry fruits followed by spice with peppery notes and a seductive finish.
Cellaring: This is an elegant style of shiraz which will reward cellaring over the next 8 to 10 years. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly.
